Job Description:
- Have experience related to chemical raw materials, veterinary medicine, animal feed, and aquaculture.
- Manage and motivate the Sales Team to achieve optimal performance.
- Oversee customer satisfaction levels regarding Sales Team services.
- Manage sales performance and product/area development plans.
- Ensure the Sales Team exceeds sales targets and gross profit goals.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and make informed policy decisions.
- Conduct regular customer and sales mapping based on customer type, area, and category.
- Manage travel expenses, entertainment, and related activities within budget.
- Enhance Sales Team performance through automation and sales skills training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Magister in Fisheries Sciences Department, Animal Husbandry, and Related Mayor.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Head in the Animal Feed and Aquaculture Industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English.
- Willing to learn, adaptable, and proactive in suggesting improvements
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experiance with Leadership, Market Development, Strategic Planning, Data analytical.
